XMLDocument.load

Hi All

Can u pls tell me is it possible to load a XML file, which is situated
in different web server ?

If I keep the XML  file in same path Its working fine. but What can I
do for accessing it from another Server?

While accessing am Getting the following error.

"Permission denied to call method XMLDocument.load"

After a long googling I found nothing - except some questions.
