support for XML-Encryption and XML-Signature in Mozilla

Hello,

Are there any plans to support the XML-Security and XML-Encryption
standards in the Mozilla platform (as a part of the Webservices or the
XML-Extras projects)?  Is any support already provided?  I couldn't
find anythin in the Mozilla source code base or the documentation.
