Browser Resident/Javascript SOAP, XSLT and SVG for Public Web sites? Soon?

As per the documentation, I downloaded a nightly build of Mozilla before
mucking with XSLT. Last I checked (quite some time ago), I had to really
hunt for a version of Mozilla that included SVG.

When will the general public be downloading versions of Netscape Navigator
and FireFox with XSLT and SVG and SOAP and make these technoligies feasible
for public web sites?
