One thing to try that might help, is to remove the component.reg, the 
xpti.dat, and compreg.dat files. Startup Mozilla and see if you still 
have problems.

If that doesn't help then your best bet is to pull down a talkback build 
and run with it. It will capture information and a better diagnosis can 
be made.
