I need PyXPCOM to use Python with XUL. This is very important.

I have no time and diskspace for downloading Mozilla sources, CVS, GNU
tools, Netscape's wintools, learning the matter, and fighting with build
problems.

where can obtain PYXPCOM builder to Windows?
