Could you find a way to make the menu bar and keyboard focus working 
with any of the tips contained therein?

For me this problem is an absolute showstopper. Without keyboard focus I 
can neither test nor debug my application. Xulrunner > 2.0/5.0(?) seems 
to be just unusable for standalone XUL apps on Mac OS X.

Does anybody know about a bugzilla entry for this problem? Otherwise 
I'll file one...
