Tools for XUL (Runner)?

I've just started using XUL Framework.

For some researches, I've found following tools :

1) XUL GUI - "XUL GEAR"
2) Source Editing (Javascript) with XUL - "KOMODO EDIT"

Is this proper selection for XUL Application development?

If you have any suggestion or recommendation,
please tell me!!
