how to put a toolbar in the window's titlebar?

Hi,
   I have set the drawintitlebar attribute of the window to true, and the first element in the window is a toolbar, I want to put the toolbar into the window's titlebar, but it seems to can not draw the toolbar in the window's titlebar.
   I don't know how to do it? Who can give me some advice?
