simple touch screen support

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I just want to see how touch screen support was added to the <titlebar/> and 
<resizer/> elements.

Is this support defined in each of the XUL element bindings  ?

As I find Mercurial a bit of a beast, a reference to the source code would 
be nice.
