xul update labels and dtd problem

I managed to run update service but when updated has been downloaded and I restarted my app window appeared with such message:

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://mozapps/content/update/updates.xul
Line Number 43, Column 14:      <label>&updateCheck.label;</label>

It looks like I missed some dtd or configuration?
