Getting the backdrag attribute to work for autocomplete-richlistbox panels

Not sure why this wouldn't just work by default, but is there any Xul specific way to get backdrag working for panels that are not set to "arrow"? Other than wrapping it all into a titlebar element (which is pretty wonky), that is?
