It might be, but I wouldn't count on it. Firefox for Metro is still a
bit away, and from what I've seen a couple weeks ago it's not yet ready
for "general consumption". Before Firefox is ready I would not start
looking into using it with XULRunner except you're up for a lot of
experimentation, bug fixing and other work. A good place to ask might be
the #windev IRC channel or the metro mailing list
