XUL Skeleton application and build script

Hi,

After attempting to wrestle with XUL on a few occasions, I've built a
skeleton application and build script. The purpose of it is to get people
up and going as quickly as possible.

I'm tempted to link to it from the XUL or XULRunner wiki page on MDN. What
would people on this list think of that? And are there any comments on the
skeleton application or build script?
