Error on Signed .xpi files.

Hello:
         Can anyone help me with the successfully signing and verifying using the signtool 3.10? I was successfull in signing the .xpi file. But when I try to install the extension using xpiinstall it gives the following error.
          Could not download the file at http://127.0.0.1/websamInstall/websam.xpi because signing could not be verified.
