XPI Trouble with Mozilla 1.3b?

Anyone else experiencing hangers and/or silent failures with
InstallTrigger.install? I can't install enigmail
(http://enigmail.mozdev.org) via express install or multiple spell
checker dictionaries (http://mozcafe.com/download).

I can only download XPI one-by-one and have to restart Mozilla between
each download to prevent hangers...
