mozilla not loading

well the problem is that mozilla (well and Netscape 7.1) will not load under
WinXP Pro. i just re-installed windows(setup deleted old win dir cos
recovery didnt work) and downloaded all the critical & security updates.
before reinstalling netscape 7.1 worked fine :(
