Help on Netscape 7.1 on Win XP!

Hi,
I installed Win XP Home Edition, and then I installed
full installation version of Netscape 7.1.
The icon shows up, but when I click it it blinks for a fraction of a second
and N7.1 does not opens.  Same with Netscape Mail.  Winamp opens OK.

Any hints why it happens and how to fix it are appreciated.
