After a reinstall of XP I find that I cannot install or run either Mozilla 1.6 or Netscape 7.1. The install program seems to just peter out somewhere very near the end leaving what looks like a normal installation but the executables just will not run! The install does not finish as in a successful install there is a final window telling you so. Browsing in a file manager for the exe and trying to run it has no success! All the icons are there and the usual directories seem to be created. Its very frustrating as I rely on Mozilla and have been using it on windows and linux boxes very successfully. Can anyone tell me what is wrong? hetzer
