Help with Installation Issues - preformInstall()

Hello,

I posted this originally at the mozillazine forums, no one seems to have 
responded to me yet.

I looked up the API for XPInstall... and still nada... any help?

I have used Thunderbird Mail for a long time now. I had to reinstall my 
machine during a bad week in the month, and have been stuck using OE, yeah I 
know.

I have some time now, and when I installed it thinking it would go smoothly. 
But it didnt.

I had a error mesage come up.


      Code:
      Error occured during installation - Mozilla Thunderbird Mail: 87



I didnt get very far searching for this error code, in here, nor in google. 
(Same PLace?)

IN anycase, I kept fugging with the insallation perameters, and it seems to 
not make any difference.

Being the tech that I am, i poked around and found an installation log.

I guess windows didnt like me messing with the Registry? This is the

\Mozilla Thunderbird\install_wizard.log - file.

Any help would be much appreciated. I probably have to give this machine a 
good reboot. But if a notice could be made to warn users, what error codes 
mean. Or maybe make it more noticeable, so bozo's like me can find them.
