XPIPackager to be removed from codebase

The source code known as XPIPackager:
http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/modules/plugin/tools/XPIPackager
does not conform with the mozilla.org licensing policy. As far as I am 
aware, no-one is using this code anyway, and so I plan to remove it from 
the source tree early in the New Year.

If you know this code is used in some core Mozilla activity, please let 
me know ASAP.
