Tell me what language it's in so I can get the admins to set up an 
appropriately localized wiki and add it to the interwiki map (this is

Then we can either work together to create an appropriate structure for 
it within the new wiki, or you can just start putting the document in, 
emulating the rough page structure of the existing wiki.  Don't worry 
about making mistakes in page naming or whatever, we can easily fix it

Having more flexibility doesn't mean we have to use it, it's just there 
if we need it.
