Need Help for Bugzilla

Hi everybody,

I need help for installing Bugzilla 2.18.3.

I installed Perl on Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, then MySql too. 
Everything ok. In IIS I set everything about Perl and Bugzilla up.
But now, if I run  "checksetup.pl"  I have the message, - as you see all 
installed, but -  something not right about Admin Email!
