In Firefox, choose File - Save Page As... from the menu bar, then choose 
Web Page, complete.  You can save any web page this way, then view the 
local copy when you are disconnected.  Other browsers also have ways to 
save pages.

If you search the Internet, you can easily find software that downloads 
entire web sites or parts of them.  I use HTTrack, but there are many 
others:
