Who are the website-drivers?

There used to be a group called website-drivers who were a sort of core 
documentation group. However, dria is no longer involved and sheppy has 
never heard of them. I emailed their alias and got a moderation message, 
then heard nothing.

Do they still exist and, if so, who are they? :-) If not, is there a 
group currently overseeing developer documentation, and how should they 
be contacted?
