It wasn't a core documentation group; it was a group to oversee the
various http://www.mozilla.org/ site redesigns (which we still
haven't recovered from, now that http://www.mozilla.com/ is
separate, but that's another story).  It's documented at
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/website/ although the list
membership has been tweaked considerably to reflect people actively
working on www.mozilla.org, www.mozilla.com, and
www.mozilla-europe.org without updating that Web page (it's actually
not horribly out of date), but the list is mostly inactive.
