Tb2 options panel reference

I initially wanted to have an options panel reference ready to go, when 
Thunderbird 2 was released; but unfortunately, I'm having a lot of 
trouble finding time for it.  In today's weekly update[1], it looks like 
Tb2 will be released later this week.

So I've updated the wiki page[2], with screenshots in a table, and my 
work so far. If anyone is willing to contribute to that document, please 
do. Once we've got definitions for all the option settings, I'll 
reformat it for <http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/options>.
