[Enigmail] Disable Encryption by default when replying to a encrypted message

Hello, I am using enigmail 2.0.10 on Thunderbird 60.6.1 MacOS 10.14.4 and I have the following issue. If I write a new message it is not encrypted by default and it is ok, but when I reply to a mail message which was encrypted, enigmail encrypts the reply message by default (locker icon automatically enabled). And this is nto the behavior I wanted. I did set /*extensions.enigmail.autoSendEncrypted 0 */ but this did not change the behavior. the behavior is important to me because the mail server automatically encrypts all incoming messages using recipient (local server accounts) PGP public key. So when users reply to those messages I would wish Enigmail not to enable encryption by default. Thank you for any hint I may have.
