If you published it to the keyservers for example, then you should be able to go to Enigmail > Key management > Keyserver > Search for Keys on the new machine, and search for yourself. Or you could email yourself a copy of the key by going to Enigmail > Key management on the old machine, then search for yourself, then right-click on your key and select Send Public Keys by Email.
