[Enigmail] Where to download the Key for Enigmail versions 1.8 and newer

Hi,

On the enigmail.net, I don't know where to download the Key for
Enigmail versions 1.8 and newer.

I can download the key from public pgp key sites like
http://keys.gnupg.net/. You know, however, the key from such sites is
about 20.5MB. Is that correct ?

Can I suggest having an official pgp key download link on the web (eg.
https://enigmail.net/index.php/en/verify-signature) ?
