[Enigmail] Bug report: Cant edit the Signing/Encryption Options, UI Bug?

(Sourceforge blocks my IP. Sorry for posting here, maybe someone can
create a bug?)


Enigmaill 2.1.3
Thunderbird 68.2.2

on Debian Bullseye


When trying to edit the Enigmail settings of a mailaccount, while
composing a new mail, the UI fails to load the settings and displays an
empty window.

There is an error in the Error console:
ReferenceError: Enigmail is not defined
