Yes, this is normal. The Postbox people asked specifically that there be
no Enigmail menu on the main window. If you come across a signed or
encrypted message, then the Enigmail controls are available from the
"sign"/"encrypt" icons. Any other functions in Enigmail are available
from the message composition window (e.g. Key Management).
