If so, it may be stored in some pinentry-compatible passphrase storage (such as KWallet or GNOME Keyring, I do not remember what Xfce use) — check there.

Yet, nothing impede you from simply backing up the needed keys in GPG own format from ~/.gnupg/private-keys-v1.d/ and exporting public keys.  Or — even simpler — from backing up a whole ~/.gnupg.
