Hi Dmitry, yes, Postbox is (fully) commercial, lifetime license 40 bucks per user. Personally, I'm perfectly fine with this except that there is no linux version. No, AFAIK there is no "free part" of it. If im'm not misled Thunderbird is multi-licensensed, and the parts they used allow for a commercial fork.
