I'm happy to announce that Enigmail now officially supports Interlink
Mail & News [1]. Interlink is a Free & Open Source fork of Thunderbird
52 that is actively maintained and independent from Mozilla.

I have ported Enigmail to Interlink. The current stable version 2.1.7 is
now officially available from both the Enigmail home page and the
Interlink Add-ons web site. I plan to support Enigmail for Interlink
beyond the foreseen end-of-life of Enigmail for Thunderbird.

Compared to Enigmail for Thunderbird, the following features are different:
* no support for pEp Junior Mode
* creation of Inline-PGP messages is not possible
* the add-on is not restart-less
