        <li>Thunderbird, Enigmail and GnuPG their VERSIONS</li>
      </ul>
      <li>Then describe how you used Enigmail, wether it worked before,<br>
        what might have changed, and –most importantly–<br>
        the exact steps to reproduce your issue and which messages you
        get.</li>
