Need a a second browser?

Problem: The demise of Flash has caused IE and me a problem. I'm using
Windows 7 so IE is sort of ancient. I listened to internet radio using
IE and that no longer works. (https://v7player.wostreaming.net/854) I
used IE so I could easily use FF without worrying about interactions
among tabs, e.g., a bank account in one tab and anything else in
another. When I open a radio station in a tab. I need to start a new
browser whenever I want to do most anything else. Further, I now must be
careful not to shut the radio down by accident. When IE worked, I just
used FF for everything else and never worried about it.

So what I'm looking for is another browser for Windows 7 (not IE or FF)
that 1) does not need Flash to play radio stations, 2) is light weight
since that is all it's going to do, and 3) does not offend with a lot of
crapware as the price for using it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

BTW, running radio in separate FF window fails: every time I try open a
URL it becomes a tab in the same browser window as the radio resides.
