Edge is available for Windows 7.
I actually have two different profiles for Firefox, the second one 
having some funky privacy settings including deleting Cache on 
closedown.  To open the second one, about:profiles and then "Launch 
Firefox in a new browser".  That could work for you, just make sure your 
focus is in the primary profile browser when opening new tabs.
