The shill page about Tbird's update from 68 to 78 claims that a number of things have been "updated" and "improved" , and are more "intuitive." Haha [snip drafted rant about "updated" and "improved" claims) The website claims that the "improvements" to the Compose pane make it "more intuitive". Utter crap. There is no intuitive way to deal with any GUI, only habits. Habits that have taken years to become muscle memory. Habits that the new layout messes with. Which I didn't discover until I hit Enter to get a new line for the next address in a list I was composing on the fly. As is my habit. Repeat: As Is My Habit. Now I understand that some people like being able to type (or read) a list of addresses on one line. Good for them. That has been possible for quite a while, apparently. But to force this as a default on people who have different habits is IMO more than a little arrogant. [snip obscenity] If anyone here has discovered how to get rid of this asinine default, please share. Thanks, PS: I detest seeing the Subject line in the title bar. I hope there's a config setting to turn it off. -- Wolf K kirkwood40.blogspot.com “When I am playing with my cat, how do I know she is not playing with me?
