Never had a problem with FF. My default browser is Pale Moon, and that 
won't work with recaptchas. At least - not the visual ones. I get round 
them by changing to sound captchas. Mind you, they are often almost 
impossible to understand, but perhaps typing in anything almost correct 
is good enough. Usually, though, if I get a website demanding to see if 
I am human or not, I open that website in FF.

I don't have Chrome installed, so can't use it on this Linux laptop.
