TB is released in many languages. Fluent is a system that allows the foreign-language text (menus, buttons, error messages, etc) - called 'strings' - to be maintained separately from the code and included in the compiled release. It's not just words and phrases, but plural forms, genders, forms of address (formal vs friendly, etc). https://www.projectfluent.org/ All significant operating systems and applications have such a system.
