Not all that explanatory, are they?   Further investigation is 
disappointing :-(

I was hoping for stuff like mozilla's .css things for changing fonts (I 
ALWAYS want bold!), colors, sizes, etc.  that somebody had already built 
so I don't have to learn something new!
