Given the impending demise, it'd be a nice gesture if Chris Ilias (or 
whoever) _were_ to allow full peering - or at least export of the 
archive - so that they become established; this would be easier than 
either creating new alt.* ones, or trying to resurrect dormant ones. If 
they already exist on some servers, so much the better.
