Cyrillic monospaced fonts *tiny*

RedHat Linux 9, Mozilla. All's well on the cyrillic front, except that
text in monospaced cyrillic fonts comes out real small -- close to
unreadable. Here's an example:

I can set my view to 150% or such but then all the non-monospaced
stuff becomes too large.

Hints, anybody, how to scale up only themonospaced versions?
