Firefox Open HTML file problem

Hi,all

Today I meet a problem on my mozilla firefox,here is my system
  Windows 2000 server Simplified Chinese
  Firefox 1.0.1 English

Save a html document from browse into a forder(Chinese forder
name,English name have no any problem),may sure you have a firefox
windows open, double click the file just download it appear can't found
the file error message. if close all firefox windows, it can open the
first time. but can't open the second. may be a bug?
