[Q] Chardet library

How do you do?

  I am planning to use Mozilla's chardet library.

  I found a document at http://www.mozilla.org/projects/intl/chardet.html

  However I don't quite get how to use the library. In other words, what 
library to link, what header files are neccessary, and so on.
  Most header files seems to be for its internal use. What header files 
should I use if I use it for my own projects?
