We need to program Mozilla to read a profile off of a CD on Mozilla startup
on any Windows 98+ machine (from a CD autoplay), rather than prompting the
user about which profile to use, and without writing any files to the user's
hard drive or requiring that profiles exist on the hard drive. The profile
needs to include the location of two plugins (also on the CD). One of these
plugins is ONLY available for Netscape 4, but appears to function properly
when used for Mozilla.
