willing to pay mozilla developer for HTML to PostScript utility

The company I work for is looking for a developer familar with the
inner workings of the Mozilla PostScript renderer. We are looking to
develop a command-line utility (based off Mozilla) which will take
HTML as input and output a PostScript file. I see that a bug/feature
request is currently logged for this as:
