The previous post is erroneous in one particular. The first sentence reads: "At a certain subscription-paid legal research web site, the case law is presented in a frame with the following information in the title tag." That's wrong. It should read: "At a certain subscription-paid legal research web site, the case law is presented in a frame." The case citation is not in the original page frame title tag, only in the title tag if the case frame is opened in a new window.
