My client is in need of a part-time engineer that can help them
customize Mozilla for the delivery of a self-contained Web browser
(meaning that it does not have to be installed on the host PC)
complete with all necessary plug-ins, etc. so as to avoid NT and
Win2000 client privilege issues.

They are looking for someone who has worked on Mozilla projects or
knows how to customize the Mozilla source code.
