We are currently customizing thunderbird for an anti-spam application we'll be releasing soon and hope to hire someone very familiar with the internals. In addition, we are using mozilla heavily as a development platform and have many projects in the pipeline that will be using it. The developer we hire will also be in charge of maintaining open source projects as we open them up in the near future. We're based in Salt Lake City Utah (a block away from where SCO goes to court, so there will be occasional company field trips if we feel they're going to get humiliated in any way).
